Progress Helpers would, in a traditional sense, look to capture value they are creating. When we don’t exchange value, we need to think what does this mean. It is:

• exchange of equitable service effort, often as service credits
• reduction in the lack of confidence progress hurdle

In parallel, the helper should look at how it protects its offering from others. Here the usual list of suspects is in play, including:

• patents
• copyright
• first mover advantage
• complexity
