Within a Progress Helper there should be an accountable Progress Owner for each proposition. This person is accountable for the proposition’s marketing, innovation, and execution.
Why this matters
The purpose of a firm is expanded from Drucker’s two functions (marketing and innovation) to include execution. Setting one person accountable for all three functions ensures propositions match, and deliver, to Seeker’s progress in an ever evolving world.
